Pastor’s Training School- New Caney

Well I am on my last day of Pastor’s Training School this is not a normal Pastors Conference but a school. We have class from 8:00am to 5:00pm everyday in a variety of subjects and all of them extremely helpful.

Do I really need that?

In October 2011 we started packing everything we had, well what we did not sell. Everything had to be put into four categories what we were going to sell, what was going to Papua New Guinea with us, what was going to charity and lastly what would go on the road with us in our 200 cubit foot van. (I think it might be that big).

Burton Prayer Letter – December 2011

We left Ohio and traveled to Marion, North Carolina, where the kids got to visit one of their favorite preachers, Pastor Tony Shirley. We enjoyed going out to lunch with Pastor and Mrs. Shirley and be able to sit under his preaching for that Sunday where God ministered to us.

Light Off- Radio On

I arrived at my car for my 40 mile drive home (yes, I commute 40 miles) and turned on the radio to check traffic. Ahhh! Radio my communication to the world for the next 8 hours, 2 of which were spent driving that 40 miles home.
