this new series a Missionary Kids Field I hope to let you get to know a couple of different mission fields and different Missionary Kids. These three missionary kids are in different stages of life. The first one grew up on the field but is now back home in America. The Second one is currently on the mission field and the Last is on deputation to go to the field. I hope it gives you a diverse opinion of the different fields this way.

Have you ever heard the saying time flies by ? As a kid I always heard that and would laugh. It seemed like the months would never pass till it was my birthday or Christmas. These past couple months of deputation have been an eye opener! I now know exactly what it means to have time just fly.

I always used to be frightened of going up to missionary kids when I was younger. Missionary kids were my heroes, along with Pastor’s and evangelists. Going up to a missionary kids was like walking up to a movie star. I know poor comparison , but hopefully you get what I mean. They were important to me. they were somebody’s in my eyes. They still are. I still get a thrill going out to lunch with Pastor’s or getting to know different missionary families. My brother , sister and I still get so excited when a Pastor invites us to go out to lunch with him or to spend time with him and his family. I hope I never get over that. Because Pastor’s , Missionary’s , evangelist’s , These are who we should be having as our role model’s

We have been in several different states these past few months and in 14 churches. We have made very great and lasting friends so far. I did not think that we could make such close and lasting friends in just a couple days time. This part of deputation is actually become one of the hardest parts for my siblings and I.

We recently watched a documentary called, ” Two Hats.” It was made by Andrew Garcia. The movie is about the Brad Wells Family, in Mount Hagen, Papua New Guinea. It was a exceptionally well made movie.

We have gotten a couple people asking us where to send Christmas cards or how to get a hold of us since we are always on the move and since we will be in the Midland, Michigan area till January 1st. Here is the address…

Well we made it. To our next destination “at least.”
We are in Georgia! La Grange,Georgia to be exact.
It’s beautiful after being in Lodi,Ohio,which is right off of Lake Erie so it can get really cold, but anyways the temperature right now is 65 degrees at 9:00 a.m. Almost back to our Beautiful San Diego weather.

Today we  went into town to go visit a store called Lehman’s. Which is a store that sells mostly non-electric items.
